World-Wide Webb Productions is an independent television and film production company based in west London. With a strong, creative and resourceful team, we make films for all kinds of projects and budgets from short form to full length programmes and commercial shoots. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest production values, a strong sense of narrative which we combine with the latest fillm and video technology available. We work with accomplished writers, directors, key creatives and skilled technicians to find innovative ways of using the moving image to convey a message or tell a story across a myriad of fast-developing platforms.
The company was set up in 2005 by award winning Producer & Director, Steve Webb who brings with him fifteen years of experience working across a multitude of genres at the high end of TV and film production. Steve's credits include the feature length dramatised documentaries 'JFK: Seven Days That Made a President' (NGCI) 'Ten Ways to Kill Bin Laden' and 'How Bruce Lee Changed the World' for the History Channel US. Steve has also directed a large number of one-hour long dramatised docs including the Grierson nominated, 'Censored at the Seaside' (BBC 2), 'Holmfirth Hollywood' (BBC 4), 'Breakout: The Real MacGuyver' and 'The Connecticut Conspiracy' (NGCI).
As well as writing and directing many highly rated and critically acclaimed documentaries Steve has produced and directed commercials, shorts and many big UK and US entertainment shows including 'The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show' (CBS) and the Peabody winning 'CNN Heroes'. Steve's short film, The Last Thing To Go Through A Fly's Mind won Moving Pictures Magazine's award for best narrative short, Shooting People's award for best comedy and the best film award at the Portobello Film Festival.
